Foo Fighters

Foo Fighters Animatic

In my A2 media class we had to create an animatic music video of the Foo Fighters song "the pretender". In order to make the animatic video we had to watch the music video multiple times so that we could get that right images to fit the correct images.

What i learned by creating a animatic video was that i was able to use adobe premiere on my own. I learned how and why it is important for music artists to create a storyboard before they create a music video. It is important because it would not be ideal for a music artist to go out and make a video without knowing what to do.

The difference in editing a music video and a thriller video is that for music videos you must have your lips synchronise with the sound so that it will match other than thrillers it is just acting you have a script to learn from in which it is much more easier. Also in music videos there are much more fast paced editing which makes the video more fast paced. In thriller the editing can be fast paced but it's not a frequent as music videos.
